Liz RingoHead BastardI first saw suspension on tv when I was a kid and was fascinated. I saw my first live suspension back in 2017, when I saw BCS lead, Jaime, suspend. I fell in love with it and had to get involved immediately!
My first suspension, a lotus, was in July of 2018. In 2021, Jeaves stepped down from BCS and handed the crew over to me, and I’ve been Head Bastard ever since. I love my crew more than anything, they’re the best crew in the world and I’ll fight anyone who says differently. My favorite thing to do in suspension is train. I love my crew and how eager they are to learn and I love teaching them. I truly have a heart and passion for it. I also really love suspending first timers. I feel honored to be a part of their experience and work very hard to make it the best I can for them. My favorite suspension of mine is always the next one, but my favorite suspension ive facilitated is when I got to suspend Kelsey for the first time, who I’ve known since the day she was born. |
John EavesLeadI first saw suspension in Bizarre Magazine and was instantly fascinated. In 2011, I moved next door to one of the original members of TSD, one of the first suspension groups ever. That's where the fun began.
My first suspension was a two-point back in 2013 and I was absolutely terrified. My favorite aspect of facilitating suspension is the emotional connection I have with the suspendee. I really like connecting with people during their first suspension. It's a baptism every time. It's a delicate emotional state that I feel privileged to be a part of. My favorite personal hang was a single knee suspension. Knee suspensions in general are super powerful. There is an intensity to them that is incomparable. |
Mike HandyAssistant LeadThough not currently working as a full time piercing artist, I did apprentice at Cowboy Tattoo in Augusta, GA. I joined the suspension community in 2014 hanging with TSD. Since then I have learned to function in a variety of positions on a suspension team and have had the pleasure of serving as crew for BCS since this beginning. Looking forward to continuing to learn and grow with this community.
